Online Purchase Returns
At Zero Waste Beauty Australia, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
- If you would like to return your ZWBA product, we will offer you with a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees), provided that the product has been unopened and is in intact condition when delivered back to us.
- If we have made a mistake with your order, we will re-send the correct product to you at no extra cost.
- If you have made a mistake with your address or shipping details and your order is returned to us by Australia Post, you will be invoiced for a second shipping fee + handling fees.
- All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
- If you are unsatisfied with your ZWBA product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: If you purchased a ZWBA product from one of our stockists, returns are subject to their individual terms and conditions.
